Hey everyone, I've got something deeply personal and exciting to share. Over the years, through my experiences in the military, my passion for art, my time in therapy, and my journey in training others, I've been piecing together a philosophy, a way of life. It's something born from the toughest and most enlightening moments of my life, including months spent in mental hospitals, and psychiatric centres and worse when I was younger.
This philosophy is called Santo Kenshō-Ryoku. It's more than just ideas; it's a blend of everything I've lived, learned, and overcome. It's about using our past, our struggles, and our victories to fuel our growth.
Here's a glimpse of what Santo Kenshō-Ryoku is all about:
🌍 Santo's Earth: Building a solid foundation in life, rooted in understanding and stability.
💧 Santo's Water: Embracing adaptability and emotional intelligence in our ever-changing world.
🔥 Santo's Fire: Igniting our inner passion and using it to drive us forward.
🌬️ Santo's Wind: Being open to new experiences and learning from them.
🕳️ Santo's Void: Finding inner peace and mindfulness amidst life's chaos.
🌟 Santo's Light: Guiding ourselves towards personal enlightenment and growth.
I'm putting together sessions, workshops, and even a book on this. But I want to know if you're with me. Are you interested in joining this journey? Would you like to explore how our experiences shape us and how we can use them to grow stronger?
