8 oz. pasta (your choice) 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups fresh spinach 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
