IRONFIT TRAINING SYSTEMS
Combining the strength and power of functional weightlifting techniques with the muscular endurance of military-based training including suspension training and agility skills, this 60 minute session will leave you feeling like a lean-mean-fighting machine.
Get ready for warfare! This extremely intense class will make you able to hold your own in any situation. High intensity and aggression meet power, speed and mental toughness in this 60 minute class. No weights, just you and a pair of gloves is all you need. The craziest punching and kicking class you will ever encounter.
